Our information is intended exclusively for pharmacies. A prescription for cannabis as a prescription must be in accordance with Annex I of the Narcotics Act.

 

 

The regulations of the narcotics law provide for a ban on the advertising of narcotics - also as a remedy. Because the medicines distributed by us consist of dried flowers of the hemp plant and cannabis of Appendix I is assigned to the narcotic legislation, we as the provider may not give any advice on the products or even apply. Violations of this prohibition constitute a criminal offense.
